Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Standard U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status after your label is created.

Shipping Area
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Some U.S. territories and destinations may not currently be available at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Soleil Jewelry’s control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, contact us at at@soleiljewelry.shop and we’ll help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
